Immediate Remote Desktop Support

RCO Systems is pleased to offer online desktop assistance (over the Internet) to our clients at an hourly rate. Existing Sentinel-IT Managed Services Members can utilize this service without any further charge. If you're not currently an RCO client we'll still be happy to assist you. We glady accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express!

PLEASE NOTE:

- This service is only available Monday thru Friday during business hours 9:00am to 5:30pm (Eastern Standard Time)

- Service is subject to availability of Support Staff

- Your system cannot be accessed without your permission

Procedures

Call RCO at (919) 319-3612 and request to speak with an engineer

With an engineer online, click Remote Support and select "Open" (or "Run" depending on your version of the operating system) to install the desktop agent

Double-click the appropriate connection (1-4 as instructed)

It's as simple as that! Connection cannot be made to your computer without you initiating the call
